3. Bad Breath

You should also drink plenty of water to keep your mouth hydrated and wash away food particles and bacteria 


4. Tooth Sensitivity

Tooth sensitivity is also a common problem people face, and it happens when the enamel on your teeth wears down and exposes nerve endings. This can cause pain or discomfort when eating or drinking hot, cold, sweet, or acidic foods and beverages. 

To prevent tooth sensitivity, good oral hygiene is vital. Other than that, you should avoid things that can damage your enamel, such as brushing too hard or consuming acidic foods and drinks a lot. 

Invest in a soft-bristled toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste for sensitive teeth to help protect your enamel and reduce sensitivity.
